I really like the fact that I can share the performance data of each session with Chris; who would often comment with encouragement and advice.

What I’ve come to appreciate the most is how much mental coaching and knowledge Chris imparts along the way. It seems to me that Chris’ goal is for his athlete’s to become evermore self sufficient in their training.
